The business challenge
BrightPath Academy Network ran attendance, fees, and parent updates across paper registers and disconnected tools. Campus admins spent the first hour of each morning reconciling who was present before teachers could start lessons with confidence.
Parents heard different answers depending on who they called at the front office. Fee follow ups were manual lists that lagged classroom reality, so billing conversations often started from incomplete rosters. Teachers juggled class lists, exam marks, and attendance in separate places.
Prior school tools failed because they forced everyone through overloaded admin screens or treated AI attendance as a bolt on without human override. Paper registers stayed late; recognition without audit paths made staff distrust the numbers. Multi campus leadership could not see patterns across sites.
